Merger of CS Cargo and Air-Sea in Slovakia

Two Slovak subsidiaries of CS Cargo Holding merged at the end of 2009. Air-Sea s.r.o (SK) was dissolved without liquidation by dint of a merger with CS Cargo Slovakia as of the 31st December. CS Cargo Slovakia assumed all rights and obligations of the dissolved company at this time.

Air-Sea, s.r.o. became a part of the CS Cargo holding in 2009 and offered customers logistics services in air and sea transport.

All services provided by the two companies are now available for our customers on a one stop shop with the huge advantage of integration into one company. Easier communication and cooperation with customers in Slovakia will be a major benefit.
