The shareholders of CS Cargo Holding N.V., which is one of the most important providers of logistics services in the region of Central and Eastern Europe, successfully completed the process of optimisation of the ownership structure of the CS Cargo holding. In terms of the changes implemented, the previous majority shareholder, which is Trifid Holding N.V., bought out the 30% share in the holding from the banking group, UniCredit and thus became the 100% owner of the company. Both parties decided not to publish the value of the transaction.
