Martin Veselý - Chief legal officer

Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University, Prague; completed an LL.M. program at Humboldt University, Berlin and defended a Doctoral Thesis at the Faculty of Law, Charles University, Prague.
In the years 2000 – 2001 worked as a Trainee Lawyer in an international law firm; from 2001 until 2003 managed the Prague branch of Gottardo Asset Management run by the Swiss Private Bank Banca del Gotardo (currently BSI); in 2004 became an attorney-at-law (a member of ČAK - the Czech Bar Association).
Since 2004 has been a member of the Board of Directors of C.S. CARGO Holding N.V. (former Trifid International N.V.) and in charge of the legal matters of CS Cargo group, especially of the founding and administration of new subsidiaries, mergers and acquisitions, the Group’s financing and corporate transactions.
Since 2006 has been a member of the Board of Directors of Trifid Holding N.V.
Speaks English and German.

Awarded an MBA with Distinction in 2004, by Aston University Business School (UK).
FCMA qualified (a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants).
Graduated from Coventry University (UK), BA (Hons) Business Studies in 1991.
18 years’ experience in finance, with 15 years in logistics industry (DPD UK 1993-2000, DHL Express 2000-2008, including senior finance positions in DHL Global Co-ordination Centre in Brussels).
Since January 2008, Finance Director of Quintiles Commercial UK and Quintiles Medical Communications Europe. Quintiles are the worldwide leader in pharmaceutical outsourcing services.
Joined CS Cargo in December 2010.
