Certifications

The quality of services provided by the different companies of the C.S.CARGO group is reflected by international standards.

C.S.CARGO a.s. as the first transport company on the Czech market was honoured with ISO 9001 Certificate (Quality Management) in 1999 and then also with ISO 14001 Certificate (Environmental Protection). It also was one of the very first companies providing “3PL” (Third Party Logistics) and “4PL” (Fourth Party Logistics).

Also C.S.CARGO Slovakia a.s. was honoured with ISO 9001 certification in 2006.

The prestigious ISO 9001 Certificate and ISO 14001 Certificate were issued to Truck Point, a.s. in 2007.

3PL (Third Party Logistics)

The “3PL” providers concentrate their efforts on offering the entire spectrum of services. The relationship of both partners is so close that the provider embeds itself deep to the client’s manufacturing plant, through technical means and the staff engaged, taking over all handling and manipulation, packing, labelling, palletising, loading, transport and other activities of the client. The client benefits, however, from being ahead of the competition due to its reliability, entirety of deliveries and short transport terms.

4PL (Fourth Party Logistics)

The manufacturer or producer takes advantage of outsourcing the entire supply chain – covering a comprehensive range of services, starting with the analysis of individual projects and ending with managing the procedures across the supply chain. Information and communication systems interconnect, coordinate and integrate all participants in the supply chain. The systems also harmonise material flows and sources within the supply chain, in order to achieve high effectiveness and economic savings. Hypothetically, the “4PL” provider does not own any warehousing or transport capacity but utilises the services of other “3PL” providers.
