Order management

• Receipt of orders by means of automatic electronic data exchange, or through manual data entry data for orders received by e-mail, fax or phone.
• Orders registered in the system are submitted in real-time by radio-frequency terminals to a warehouse for further processing.
• Orders are processed by picking, packaging, re-packaging or other logistics activities.
• Continuous on-line updates of the status of order processing (number of processed orders, stage of the currently performed procedure; i.e. picking, packaging, loading, etc.).
• The customer can keep track of the current status of its order processing at all times.
