Adhering to the customer’s specific requirements, CS Cargo provides a broad range of services focussed on accurate deliveries and on the quality management of handled goods.

• Receiving logistics inspection
  • Ensuring that packaging units are intact and that the declared quantity of handling units stated on accompanying documents agrees with the actual amount of received (unloaded) goods.
• Final material/goods inspection
  • Physical inspection of goods during their receipt based on the data on material notes agreed during communication with the customer.
• Independent receipt
  • System receipt based solely on the physical records (scanning) of goods in stock. If the number of received units differs from the number stated in accompanying documents, a logistics non conformance is produced.
• Independent dispatch (label check, load check)
  • System dispatch based solely on the physical records (scanning) of goods in stock. If the number of released units differs from an ordered number, an additional dispatch inspection is carried out or only the actual number of available units is released.
• Final material/goods inspection
  • Physical inspection of goods during their dispatch based on final quality notes previously supplied by the customer.
• Logistics complaints
  • Officially documented non-conformity detected during receipt (damaged goods, nonconformity of the received and declared number of palletes or other units) which is used to assess the accuracy of deliveries.
  • Precise description of non-conformity, including photo documentation.
• Traceability
  • Reverse traceability of all the movements of a handled unit from its receipt until its release from the warehouse.
  • Precise determination of the time of movement and of the person in charge for that transfer.
